Note: Warranty covers defects, not normal wear and tear from regular use.
Warranty periods vary by product type:
- Saddles: 2 years from purchase date
- Bridles & Headstalls: 1 year from purchase date
- Leather Accessories: 6 months from purchase date
- Hardware Components: 1 year from purchase date
- Bulk Orders: Extended warranty available upon request
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage from improper storage or care
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
- Damage from accidents or extreme weather conditions
- Color fading or patina development (natural leather aging)
- Damage from cleaning with inappropriate products
